Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital media campaigns like SEO, Google and Facebook Ads, PPC, paid inclusion and other pay-for-performance marketing
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Social media management and marketing; Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Building relationships with clients and relevant partner
- Developing and monitoring program budgets
- Assist in staffing operations, client management and cold calling
- Assist in preparing reports on various metrics
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Marketing exposure and knowledge in any industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
- Enthusiastic, Presentable & Organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools will be a plus

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Complete recruitment life cycle management for the hiring positions in the assigned portfolio
- Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality
- Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioural competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn)
- Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with hiring partners and candidates to ensure the turnaround time
- Proactively create a talent pipeline for mass roles/critical roles
- Managing effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with on-boarding team as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability.
- Maintain & Publish Key Recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position tracker, data analysis etc.
Qualification:
- Result oriented approach towards managing work assignments with strong bias for action
- Strong Negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to a prospective candidate
- Ability to work Independently as well as a Team collaborator
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Internship experience in recruitment is mandatory
